You have got to go review The Tavern In Old Salem! Not to be confused with the old Salem tavern. It’s brand new and fresh upscale dining. This place is a true foodies dream. The make almost everything in house even their own cheese and dried meats. Talk about a culinary dream. The restaurant opened up in July and has been gaining popularity. It is owned by a local family here in Winston and they all are skilled in the business. The mother even makes all the dessert. Talk about as good as moms…. It is moms. They also change their menu every season because they get almost everything from North Carolina. Go check them out it is a place not to be missed
